As Moore’s chief communications officer, Holly oversees the foundation’s brand and develops strategic communications efforts to advance programmatic objectives. Working with staff and trustees, she also helps to lead organizational development and employee-engagement efforts.
Previously, as vice president of brand communication for Kaiser Permanente, she oversaw national efforts to promote the company’s story and achievements through public relations, partnerships, and stakeholder management programs. The work helped to establish Kaiser Permanente’s reputation as a model for the future of health care.
Holly is president of the board for the Bay Area Open Space Council, vice chair of Northern California Grantmakers, and a board member of the Regional Parks Foundation. She is an adjunct professor of public relations at Golden Gate University.
